Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
